Golf Driving Range

There’s something so L.A. about whacking a load of balls into the summer evening air, 4 stories above Koreatown.  This golf driving range is part of the Aroma Spa complex which includes a Jr. Olympic size pool, dining and shopping options.  Check-in is on the third floor, where you buy a pre-paid golf card that gives you a set number of balls.  There are four tiers of tee-offs (head to the fourth floor if you want to smoke), each equipped with computer-aided swing monitoring and an automated tee-up machine. Purists used to the unlimited vistas of an outdoor course may find the 150 yard golf driving range confining, but hey, you’re in the middle of the city.   They currently offer specials on Tuesday-Thursday, 143 balls for $10.00.  They also rent clubs and offer lessons.  Call for up to the minute prices and special deals.
