Home to the Academy Awards, the European opera house-inspired Dolby Theatre is the entertainment focal point of the Hollywood Highland development as well as the largest and most technically advanced of our Hollywood Theaters. In addition to hosting awards shows such as the Day Time Emmys and the American Idol Finals, the Dolby also attracts the kings and queens of mainstream pop music and the Cirque du Soleil. They offer daily behind the scenes tours; if you time your visit right you may find a lost pair of Jack Nicholson's sunglasses or post Oscar litter such as the losing nominees' crumpled acceptance speeches. www.dolbytheatre.com |
